On top of this after seeing him dig up our yard to put the drain field pipes down I wondered what it would look at the end. Even there he did an excellent job at smoothing out our yard/ground. Terry, Ruth Ann, Meagan and Amanda were fantastic! Our septic drain field failed and Terry was the only one who took the time to notice that it was largely due to the fact that they were in the flood plain of the lake we live on. This meant we needed a pump tank so we could have a new drain field placed up hill in our front yard. Not an easy job, but Terry and his amazing crew (of women!) made it happen in 2 days! Of course, we waited over a year before we ready to pull the plug on this operation (pardon the pun) since it was very expensive. We feel it was worth every penny for their guidance and expertise though. And if you just need a septic tank pump, Tyler, is your man. 🙂

She was very friendly and knowledgeable. Terry came out shortly after to check out what we needed and got me a quote within hours. They were well under the first quote we had received and offered options to help us save. We hired them for the job and they got it done within two days. We were very pleased with their service and their response time. They answered their phone or returned phone calls promptly.

We just had our system pumped and filter cleaned by Tyler and Meagan. Temps were around 20 degrees and they both had the nicest attitudes and made sure that any questions I had were answered. Their price was reasonable and they were able to come out within a day or so from the time I called. They arrived when they said they would. Highly recommend.

I have known Terry long around 20 years he was introduced to me from my neighbor years ago and at that time had Terry install a new sewer drain line. Recently had Terry’s son I believe Tyler was his name pump out tank and done a great job…no gimmick a just great honest service. These are the kind of people that you don’t question the price because they are as honest and fair as they come….I don’t think dishonest y is in their dna.

Last year this company installed a new septic tank and extended our field lines and did a wonderful job. Last week Ms Ruthann & Terry went way out of their way to help me over the phone with a huge problem they didn’t create and didn’t even have to help me with. These two were on 3 way call with me for nearly 30mins to an hour talking me through step by step on what to do, could have charged me to come out to my house but they didn’t. They were both working while on the phone with me. When I tell you this was the best customer service I’ve ever experienced they were awesome! I will always use this company & refer any I know to them. Thank you both I’m very grateful for everything.
